Situated on a side street at the bottom end of Portland Road, a 13 minute walk from Norwood Junction Station and a 2 minute walk from Arena tram stop, with buses 130, 197 and 312 stopping at the top of the road itself. There is plenty of on street parking in the area, however it does get busier at weekends so allow time to park.

This bespoke Garden Studio is built at the end of a beautiful green garden and is designed to offer a clean, tranquil and private space for your workouts with an atmosphere that invites focus and clarity and takes away the noise and over stimulation often found in large gym chains. In the summer the doors are flung open for fresh air and outdoor sessions that remain private and in the winter we are heated and cosy inside our room. Each session lasts 55 minutes allowing time between clients for thorougher cleaning and airing and all the equipment we need is here.
