Juliet
Juliet has been teaching fitness and wellbeing for over a decade and combines her extensive knowledge of Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training to offer a unique and holistic approach to body conditioning and movement. Her ethos has always been to facilitate her clients with the understanding of their own movement patterns and how to improve them so that the changes made are long lasting, functional and go beyond the sessions and into every day life. Juliet came to bodywork after experiencing serious burnout and needing to find a fitness practice that remained challenging but also supported the nervous system rather than depleting it. She studied yoga and comprehensive pilates with some of the top institutes in the world, adding personal training and fitness to her repertoire as more and more of her clients asked for holistic ways to increase strength and stamina which has culminated in the creation of the Mind Body Sculpt Method. In 2017 she opened The Garden Studio where she also runs Yoga with Juliet, a life long dream, and since then has contributed to some of the UK’s top health magazines and publications, and continues to adore her job every single day.
