THE INVESTMENT
Everyone’s reasons for coming to personal training are different and as such I tailor our approach to meet your needs. Some people come with a clear goal in mind, whether this be weight loss, muscle tone, strength, fitness or postural health, and others come wanting a more general approach. Goal tracking and WhatsApp support can be provided between sessions and we review progress at the end of each block. All sessions take place at The Garden Studio and are 55 minutes long to allow for thorough cleaning and airing between clients.
